    Στο παρόν θέμα θα συζητούνται ζητήματα που αφορούν τον ορισμό περί αδόμητου που δόθηκε στην υπ Αριθμ. ΥΠΕΝ/ΔΕΣΕΔΠ/7577/105 ΦΕΚ 334/Β/21.1.2021: άρθρο 2 παρ. εε: Αδόμητο χαρακτηρίζεται οικόπεδο ή γήπεδο, εφόσον δεν υφίσταται σε αυτό κατασκευή που προϋποθέτει την έκδοση πράξης εκτέλεσης οικοδομικών εργασιών,
